Please send all the following information including your CONTACT INFORMATION so we can properly do your Title 24. If not all information is included, we cannot do your report or your report will be done improperly. The more information the better. We need the following from you: - site plan
- floor plan
- elevations/section
The Floor plan is most important. Make sure the following information are on the plans: - Job address (street and city or APN# and city)
- T24 for the addition or entire building/house ?
- Square Footage (IF New House: the Sq Ft, IF an Addition: Existing's square footage and Addition's sqft Please separate into floors if there are multiple stories, ie. 1st Floor exist sq ft, addition sq ft. 2nd Floor exist sq ft, addition sq ft. Please include sq ft of enclosed porches, balconies; we only need sq ft of living areas, ie. not the garage)
- North arrow (compass/directions, N, S, E, W)
- Window sizes/ window schedule
The following information is needed also but if you really don't know, it's ok. - Does the building/house use a wall heater or air conditioning/central air & heat ?
- Foundation: slab or raised floor ?
- Water heater information, existing or new? tankless or if tank- how many gallons?
